DubLi features a free portal called the "Shopping Mall" that allows customers to search for products offered by various online stores. DubLi is not the supplier of these products. It is simply the provider of links to products sold in online stores based on the customer's searches. Purchases must be completed with the online store selling the desired product. The Shopping Mall uses an easy-to-use search, compare and save process to help its users find the products they want at the lowest prices. Users search for products by entering keywords or categories. They can also refine their searches by using a number of filters including number of products, price and brand. The Shopping Mall uses merchant provided APIs, indexes product information (descriptions, price and graphics, inputs these dynamic results into our shopping database and updates everything on a continuous basis. Users can also perform searches by selecting the "Choose online store" banner and then the "Show Categories" or "Show all stores" tabs on the Shopping Mall home page of each country mall, and also by using the "Shop by Country" drop-down menu on the Global Shopping Mall.

Users must register (for FREE) to take advantage of all of the Shopping Mall's features. All customers who shop will earn a Cashback rebate at the end of each month. The Cashback is a percentage of their purchases and the percentage depends on the retailer. Customers may earn an additional 5% Cashback annually on all of their purchases by registering for the Smart Shopper Package or an additional 7% Cashback annually by registering for the V.I.P. Member Package.
