Your Shopping Experience
Where can I find my Wishlist and how do I show it to my friends and family without giving them my password?
You must be a registered customer and you
must be logged into the Shopping Mall to create a Wishlist. If you are
not a registered customer sign up for free by selecting the Register
button located at the top of the page. The Wishlist feature (located in
the "My Recent Stuff") allows you to create and add product(s) to your
Wishlist and then to publish that Wishlist, containing specific
product links, to your friends and family. You can create and manage
multiple Wishlist(s) for your birthday, anniversary or any other
special occasion. You can also publish your Wishlist on Facebook by
selecting the Facebook "Like" button.
Customers can also find other customer's "public" Wishlists by using the search feature on the Your Wishlist page. Again, you must be a register customer and must be logged into the Shopping Mall to search for another's Wishlist. If you are not a registered customer sign up for free by selecting the Register button located at the top of the page. Next, the customer simply searches for another customer by entering in their email or name into the search bar displayed below.

Customers can also find other customer's "public" Wishlists by using the search feature on the Your Wishlist page. Again, you must be a register customer and must be logged into the Shopping Mall to search for another's Wishlist. If you are not a registered customer sign up for free by selecting the Register button located at the top of the page. Next, the customer simply searches for another customer by entering in their email or name into the search bar displayed below.

What if I did not receive my order or I received the wrong order?
When you make a purchase in the DubLi
Shopping Mall, you are making that purchase directly from the merchant.
As such, if there is an error with your purchase you must contact the
merchant as noted on the order confirmation you receive from the
merchant.
Why has DubLi built Shopping Malls in specific countries like Germany, Australia and the US but not the rest of the world?
DubLi has determined based on extensive
research of both its shopping customers, as well as with the merchants
themselves that building Shopping Malls in specific countries in their
local language and local currency is the most advantageous strategy for
everyone. As such, for the German Shopping Mall, merchant partners
headquartered in other parts of the world, such as the US, who only
offer their affiliate programs in English and denominated in only US
dollars are not eligible to participate in the DubLi Shopping Mall in
Germany. In addition, merchants who host their online shopping websites
from countries outside of Germany and who are not willing or able to
ship from these other countries to Germany are also not eligible for
participation in the German Shopping Mall. DubLi has a dedicated
Shopping Mall team that is focused entirely on monitoring each country,
merchant and affiliate network for new merchant partner opportunities.
What are Price Alerts and how do they work?
The "Price Alert" feature was designed with
the "price" sensitive shopper in mind. Have you ever found the perfect
product but it was just too expensive? Once you set a Price Alert, your
shopping mall system will automatically monitor all of the merchant
prices and notify you, by email, when that product's price is reduced to
your target level.


If someone is shopping in the DubLi Shopping Mall, clicks on an auction and wants to bid on the auction, do they still need to purchase credits?
In order to bid on any auction, you will
need to purchase DubLi Credits. The Xpress Gift Card auctions are only
available to V.I.P. Member package subscribers.
How do I change/enable cookies?
On Firefox:
- Tools---->Options
- Then click on the privacy tab.
- 'Accept cookies from sites' and 'accept third-party cookies' should be checked off.
- Tools---->Internet Options
- Then click on the privacy tab----->Advanced
- 'Override automatic cookie handling' should be checked off
- 'Accept' should be chosen for First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies
Packages/Subscriptions
Will I receive credit towards my $600 minimum if I make a purchase in a retail store that also is in the DubLi Shopping Mall?
Only purchases that are completed online
after you properly log in to your DubLi Shopping Mall account can be
credited toward the monthly and/or annual Cashback.
Can I still shop if I don't want to buy a Smart Shopper package or V.I.P. Member package?
Anyone can shop once they complete the free
registration. Customers who shop without owning a package will receive
Cashback monthly on the purchases they make according to the
percentages/amounts displayed next to the merchant name. However, to be
eligible for the additional 5% annual Cashback, you must subscribe to
the Smart Shopper package. For an additional 7% annual Cashback, you
must subscribe for the V.I.P. Member package. Subscriptions must last
for 12 consecutive months and you must meet the Terms and Conditions for
each respective package.
What if I have questions about payments questions or payment errors while buying a package?
Please contact customer support by
submitting a support ticket. Include any error messages being displayed
on your screen.
How do I cancel my package?
Packages can be canceled directly on
DubLi.com. Please click the link labeled "DubLi Packages" located under
the member area menu after you have logged in. On this page you can
click on the "Unsubscribe" button to cancel your DubLi package
Am I still eligible to receive the 5% Smart Shopper or 7% V.I.P. Member Cashback even if I canceled my package?
Per the Terms and Conditions of both the
Smart Shopper and V.I.P. Member packages, you are only eligible to
receive your annual Cashback after you have subscribed to the package
for 12 consecutive months and there has been a minimum of
US$600/EU600/AU600 purchased in the DubLi Shopping Mall within those 12
months. You will still, however, be eligible for the monthly Cashback
according the percentages/amounts shown next to each merchant.
My monthly payment went back and, now my package is inactive, What can I do?
Please contact customer support by
submitting a support ticket.
I bought my package under Account A but I wanted to have it in Account B, Can I move it?
Unfortunately, packages cannot be
transferred to another DubLi.com account. The package from account A
must be canceled and a new package must be purchased for account B.
What happens if I owned a V.I.P. Member package before the 7% annual Cashback went into effect?
V.I.P. Member package holders will be
grandfathered into the new Terms of the V.I.P. Member package and will
receive the 7% Annual Cashback automatically starting December 1, 2011.
What are the three columns that I see on the Shop by Store and Shop by Category pages?
The first column shows what every customer
will receive in Cashback just for registering and shopping in the DubLi
Shopping Mall. The second column shows what a Smart Shopper will receive
in total, oncewith the monthly Cashback and the additional 5% annual
Cashback added together. The third column shows what a V.I.P. Member
will recieve with the monthly Cashback and the additional 7% annual
Cashback added together.
How does my Cashback get transferred to my DubLi Cash Organizer?
Every DubLi customer who registers and
shops in the DubLi Shopping Malls will be able to receive their Cashback
monthly for all purchases made that month. On the last day of each
month, theThe amount of Cashback you are due for that month's pending
and available purchases will appear in your DubLi Cash Organizer on the
last day of the month. On the first day of the following month, or the
next day, your monthly Cashback will be available in your Cash
Organizer.
On the one-year anniversary of your signing up for your Smart Shopper or V.I.P. Member package subscription, the total amount of annual Cashback (either 5% for Smart Shopper or 7% for V.I.P. Members) earned from your purchases for the previous year, including both pending and available, will automatically be transferred to your DubLi Cash Organizer where it will remain pending for 30 days. You will be required to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Cashback prior to your funds being made available

How do I pay for products purchased on the DubLi Shopping Mall?
When you make a purchase in the DubLi
Shopping Mall, you are making the purchase directly from the merchant
and, as such, are required to follow the merchant's conditions of sale,
including payment options.
Where can I find the list of my purchases?
Once you log in to your Shopping Mall
account, assuming you subscribe to a Smart Shopper or V.I.P. Member
package, you will see a box on the right-hand side of your screen that
says "Total Purchases." When you click on Total Purchases, it will bring
you to your personal Purchase page where you can view your pending and
available purchases, how much Cashback you have earned monthly, and,, if
you own a Smart Shopper or V.I.P. Member package, how much Cahsback you
have earned annually. If it has been more than two weeks and your
purchase is not showing, please submit a Missing Purchase Request form
under the Missing Purchases tab. Please do not submit a Missing Purchase
Request until two weeks following the original purchase date.
When will my purchases appear in my Shopping Mall Account?
Each merchant processes, confirms and
reports their transactions differently. For most merchants, your
purchases will appear in your Shopping Account within one week, for
others it could take up to 31 days. Some merchants confirm a transaction
when the item is shipped, others following confirmation of receipt of a
transaction and some automatically upon payment of the purchase.
What do I do if my purchase is not showing in my account?
Log in to your Shopping Mall account, click
on the box that says "Total Purchases" and then on the Missing Purchase
tab. Please complete the Missing Purchase Request form in its entirety.
Blank fields and requests that do not include the date of purchase will
be denied automatically as these fields are required by each merchant to
research your purchase. Once you submit your request, we will contact
the merchant on your behalf. Please allow for up to 60 days in order to
resolve Missing Purchase Requests. Missing Purchase Requests may only be
submitted two weeks following the original purchase date. Requests that
are submitted for purchases made less than two weeks after the purchase
date are subject to be declined. Each merchant handles purchase
reporting on a different schedule. Some may award credit for your
purchase within 24 hours. Others may take up to 31 days.
When will my purchases move from the pending status to available status?
Purchases will remain in pending status
until the 30th day following the purchase, at which point they will move
to available. At the end of each shopping cycle, whether monthly or
annually, all purchases, both pending and available will automatically
be transferred to your DubLi Cash Organizer. The Cashback attributed to
your Smart Shopper or V.I.P. Member package will remain in pending
status in your Cash Organizer for 30 days and until you agree to the
Terms and Conditions for receiving the Cashback. You will receive an email
notification at the end of your package year with instructions on how to
accept the Cashback Terms and Conditions.
Why did a merchant deny my purchase?
In order to properly track your purchases
to your Shopping Mall account, you must first be logged in each time you
shop. If you were not logged in properly to the DubLi Shopping Mall, you
will not receive credit for your purchase. Furthermore, Aafter shopping
with a particular merchant, you will usually be added to the merchant's
email distribution lists. If you receive a special offer, discount,
coupon code, etc. from a merchant via an email, these direct offers
cannot be used in conjunction with the DubLi Shopping Mall and you will
not receive credit for these purchases through the DubLi Shopping Mall.
You will only receive credit for purchases made based on discounts or
specials generated or offered through the DubLi Shopping Mall. In
addition, any corporate discounts you may have with a particular
merchant are not permitted to be used in conjunction with the DubLi
Shopping Mall. Please do not bookmark or save links to your favorite
merchants. Each link to a merchant site is based on a "cookie." If you
bookmark a link to your favorite merchant and the cookie expires before
the next time you shop, you will not receive credit for your purchase.
In addition, if you have clicked on the same merchant previously, either
directly or through another shopping program, your cookie may be linked
elsewhere. In order to ensure that you receive proper credit for your
purchase in the DubLi Shopping Mall, you must log in each time you
intend to shop.
Global Mall
How does the DubLi Global Shopping Mall work?
When you click on the Shopping Mall tab
from www.DubLi.com,
the Shopping Mall will identify your country of residence by your IP
address. An Internet Protocol address (IP address) is a numerical label
assigned to each device (e.g., computer, printer) participating in a
computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication. An
IP address serves two principal functions: host or network interface
identification and location addressing. Based on this address, the DubLi
Global Shopping Mall will only show you products and merchants that ship
to your country. If you would like to see which merchants are available
in a particular country, you may select the "Shop by County" box on the
upper left hand side of your screen where you may also Shop by Store
alphabetically or by Category, depending on your individual preference.
Each merchant in the DubLi Global Shopping Mall has been coded by each
country to which they will ship. If you do not see a merchant when you
log in to the Global Shopping Mall, the merchant will not ship to your
country. Please note, the DubLi Global Shopping Mall merchants are
presented in English and the currency, either GBP or USD, can be
identified by the flag next to each merchant's logo. However, some
merchants make their site available for viewing in your local language
and currency available. It is important that you notice from which
country (either UK or US) the merchant will be shipping. Some
US-headquartered merchants, ship globally from their UK programs, rather
than from the US, so please make note of where you are shopping from.
If I live in Germany, Denmark, Australia, Spain or the US can I still shop in the DubLi Global Shopping Mall?
Everyone from around the world, excluding
the countries noted as not included, may shop through the DubLi Global
Shopping Mall. If you live in one of the countries that has its own
Shopping Mall, please look for the link to the Global Mall on the upper
right hand side of your screen when you are viewing your country's mall.
Please note, the DubLi Global Shopping Mall merchants are presented in
English, however, some may allow you to view their site in your local
language and currency.
Why is the purchase amount showing on my "Total Purchases" page different than what I paid for my order?
Merchants only pay DubLi commissions on the
actual product, not on shipping, taxes, VAT, customs, duties or GST. In
a select few cases, a merchant will pay for VAT, however, as a general
rule, merchants cannot pay a commission on a government-imposed fee,
only on what they receive for the product sold.
How will I know whether I am responsible for paying customs or duties when I make a purchase from a merchant outside of my country?
Please visit the merchant's shipping,
delivery and/or FAQ section on their customer service page prior to your
purchase. Each merchant displays their international policies
differently; on the home page, customer service page, help or checkout.
It is the customer's responsibility to know the merchant's policy prior
to shopping. DubLi will not be held responsible for a customer error
upon making a purchase with a merchant in the DubLi Shopping Mall.
How do I know if a merchant allows me to shop in my local currency or language?
Each merchant that supports multiple
languages and/or multiple currencies handles this differently. For many
you can find this information on the top right hand corner of the
merchant's home page. Others do not make this service available until
you place a product in the shopping cart to checkout. Some merchants
will detect your country of residence by your IP address and
automatically change their site to reflect your local language and
currency.
How much will shipping cost for international orders?
Unless a merchant has policy of free
worldwide shipping, shipping rates can be found on a merchant's website
under "delivery", "shipping" or "international orders." In most cases,
international shipping rates are calculated on the total weight of your
order, including any brokerage fees. Your shipping rate will be
displayed during checkout. International shipping rates do not include
customs fees, import taxes or duties. Merchants are unable to determine
what those costs would be, as they are issued by the recipient country.
Any fees levied at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of
the customer or the recipient of the package. Please contact your local
customs office for more information. If a package is refused due to
non-payment of any customs fees, merchants will only issue a refund for
the returned merchandise. No refund will be issued for the shipping
costs.
Are there any restrictions on shipping internationally?
If you are placing an order outside you
country of residence, please carefully read the rules and restrictions
for international orders on each merchants website. Depending on the
merchant, government policies or restrictions, manufacturer agreements,
product, size and weight, a merchant may not ship certain products to
your country. In addition, certain merchants apply minimum or maximum
product price values in determining whether they will ship a particular
product to your country, primarily due to international shipping
insurance liability. You, as the customer, will be responsible for
customs and duties in your country of residence. It is also important to
keep in mind that it is at the merchant's discretion where they will
ship products. Many merchants have a policy not to ship to trade
embargoed countries while others avoid shipping locations due to a
significant amount of reported fraud. Each merchant will notify you upon
checkout if there are any restrictions to your country in advance of
your purchase. Many international merchants will not ship a package that
weighs more than 2kg. In many cases, certain types of products such as
produce and aerosol cans cannot be shipped to specific areas of the
world.
Why can't I find a country in the DubLi Global Shopping Mall?
The following countries are not currently
served through the DubLi Global Shopping Mall:
- Sudan
- Syria
- Afghanistan
- Uzbekistan
- Zaire
- Zimbabwe
- Nigeria
- Libya
- Rwanda
- Somalia
- Ghana
- Palestinian Territories
When making an international purchase, can I have my order shipped to a different location than my billing address?
On many international purchases, merchants
require the billing and shipping address to be the same. Some merchants
make this requirement on your first purchase with them only and then
repeat purchases may be delivered as a gift or to another location.
Merchants will not ship to a P.O. Box. On most international purchases,
the merchants and their postal providers require a signature upon
delivery. Please review each merchant's international delivery and
shipping policies for exact instructions.
How are customs, duties and tariffs handled on my international purchases?
The customer is always responsible for
customs, duties and tariffs in their country of residence.
Will I still receive credit for my purchase if I call the merchant on the phone?
Each of your purchases must be tracked
through the DubLi Shopping Mall to receive credit for the purchase. In
some cases, when making a purchase from an international merchant, they
will ask you to call for a shipping quote to your country. You may call
them for a quote, but your order must be placed online while logged in
to the DubLi Shopping Mall.
Will my electronics purchase require a converter to use in my country?
Merchants in the DubLi's Global Shopping
Mall come from the UK and the US. If your country's electrical outlets
are not compatible with these countries, you will need to purchase a
converter.
Affiliate Marketing
What is affiliate marketing?
Affiliate marketing is an Internet-based
marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more affiliates
for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate's marketing
efforts. Affiliate marketing is quite mature in Europe, Japan and the
US, and is quickly gaining traction in other areas of the world.
Examples of affiliate marketing include shopping sites, like the DubLi
Shopping Mall, where users are rewarded for their purchases with
Cashback rebates. The industry has three core players: the merchant
(also known as 'retailer' or 'brand'), the publisher, in this case
DubLi/BSP/MediaNet Group (also known as 'the affiliate') and the
customer. The market has grown in complexity to warrant a secondary tier
of players, called affiliate networks who we partner with for the
tracking and reporting of customer purchases. Because of the complex
nature of the Shopping mall platform, we require very specific tracking,
reporting and purchase allocation specifications.
How can my personal customers shop through the DubLi Shopping Mall without registering on the DubLi site?
In order to shop in the DubLi Shopping
Mall, all consumers, whether personal customers or otherwise, need to
register. Registration is free. Please remember that in order to be
eligible to receive an additional 5% Cashback annually, they will need
to purchase a Smart Shopper package and for an additional 7% annually, a
V.I.P. Member package.
When will I receive my commissions for my members of my downline or other people shopping through the DubLi Shopping Mall?
Once you complete a purchase in the DubLi
Shopping Mall, there is a tracking and reporting process between DubLi,
the affiliate network and the merchant directly. This process typically
takes up to 90 days. As such, you will not receive commissions until the
month following the 90th day of the date of purchase.
How can a new merchant join the DubLi Shopping Mall?
The first requirement for joining the
Shopping Mall is that the merchant must be able to accept online
transactions and be able to report them based on a unique member
identification (Sub-id) and offer a product data feed that includes
European Article Numbers (EAN) or, in the US, a UPC code. The merchant
must also join one of the affiliate networks we use for tracking and
reporting: Germany: zanox, Commission Junction, affili.net, TradeDoubler
and Webgains US: Commission Junction, Linkshare, Google Affiliate
Network and Pepperjam Network Australia: clixGalore.com.au, dgmpro.com,
Commission Monster and zanox Spain: Affiliate Future, Webgains, Trade
Doubler, zanox, affili.net and Commission Junction Denmark: Partner-Ads,
zanox, Trade Doubler and Webgains Global Mall: Commission Junction US,
Commission Junction UK, LinkShare US, LinkShare UK, Google Affiliate
Network, Pepperjam Network, TradeDoubler UK, zanox UK and affiliate
window. When opening a new affiliate program with one of the affiliate
networks, the DubLi Shopping Mall platform prefers shopping commissions
be paid as a percentage of sales or revenue share. We will consider
bounty commissions or a pre-determined dollar amount per sale. However,
we will only include these types of programs on a limited basis. Once a
merchant is set up with one of the affiliate networks, please send an
offer to MediaNet Group/DubLi/BSP Rewards in the affiliate network
interface. At that time, the Shopping Mall team will review the
merchant's program to see if the terms and conditions meet our program
specifications. Joining an affiliate network does not guarantee a
merchant is automatically added to our program. In some of the affiliate
programs, we require a merchant to reach a certain affiliate status
level prior to acceptance into our program. The DubLi Shopping Mall
reserves the right to remove such merchant at our discretion.
Do I get paid if I refer a new merchant to the DubLi Shopping Mall?
There are no commissions paid on merchant
referrals.
